Refund policy

We want you to love every piece from Casa Sorella. If something doesn’t work out, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end).

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a store credit or process your exchange.

• All sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
